Crypto Pro review: imports, records and the output you need

The short version

Where this tool fits

An Apple-focused portfolio tracker for readers who want personal records and price alerts across their usual devices. Alerts rely on external delivery and are not trade instructions. A portfolio view is not a tax report.

A good fit if…

A fit when you use supported Apple devices and want tracking rather than a tax-filing workflow.

What the documentation establishes

Crypto Pro supports Apple devices, portfolio records, alerts and optional iCloud synchronisation. Its CSV importer uses a specific column structure. The privacy documentation says portfolio data is encrypted on the device, while alert delivery uses server-held push tokens and alert formulas; that distinction matters.

Where it fits into your routine

A useful trial is to enter a small fictional holding, set an example alert and inspect how a CSV import maps quantities, dates and fees. The point is to understand the interface without exposing a complete financial history immediately. Check whether the same record appears where you expect when using optional synchronisation, and keep a separate export you can read without the app.

The decision before you commit

Choose this kind of tracker for visibility and reminders, not because it can predict a market move. Decide how many notifications are useful before enabling them. Compare the required subscription features with the devices you own and check the current import schema. A portfolio balance and a tax basis are different records; an imported balance without acquisition history cannot manufacture the missing detail.

Before choosing

Check the Apple OS requirements, current feature tier, CSV schema and optional sync and notification settings.

Alerts rely on external delivery and are not trade instructions. A portfolio view is not a tax report.

Transaction Ledger Organizer helps you organise your own notes in this browser. Keep credentials and recovery material out of your project.
