The short version
Where this tool fits
A touchscreen hardware wallet to consider for a wired routine with a compatible computer or Android device. The Safe 5 is not a full iOS setup and sending solution. Hardware confirmation cannot make a harmful authorised transaction harmless.
A good fit if…
A fit for readers who want to compare transactions on a separate display and can maintain their own backup process.
Look elsewhere if…
Limited iOS operation

What the documentation establishes
Trezor documents a 1.54-inch colour touchscreen with haptic feedback, USB-C and Trezor Suite support. Its specifications list 12-, 20- and 24-word backup support. The page explicitly excludes sending, initial setup and device management on iOS; a phone app does not remove that limitation.
Where it fits into your routine
Imagine checking a recipient while sitting at your usual computer. A useful trial is to read the device instructions, identify the confirmation controls and work out where the separate backup will be kept. The purchase is only one part of that routine. You also need an independently obtained download, a supported operating system and time to learn what the device asks you to confirm. Keep the plan in ordinary language so it remains usable months later.
The decision before you commit
Start with the machine you actually use. An iPhone-only household should resolve the documented limitation before comparing colours or display specifications. If a wired routine suits you, compare how you would review details and maintain the device over time. An additional display can help you inspect information, but it does not decide whether the recipient, network or request is appropriate. Do not treat a hardware purchase as a replacement for understanding the action.
Before choosing
Confirm your operating system, the exact asset and network, the supported companion application and backup format in current documentation.
The Safe 5 is not a full iOS setup and sending solution. Hardware confirmation cannot make a harmful authorised transaction harmless.
